61 Palestinian political detainees martyred in Israeli occupation’s custody since Gaza genocide

* With the martyrdom of Palestinian political detainee Khaled Abdullah from the Jenin refugee camp, who passed away on February 23, 2025, the number of identified martyred Palestinian detainees since the start of the genocide has risen to 61 people. 
* Of those, 40 were arrested from Gaza, noting that the occupation continues to hide the bodies of dozens of martyrs among those detained from Gaza in the crime of enforced disappearance.
* Martyr Khaled Abdullah is the 298th identified Palestinian martyred detainee since the occupation of 1967.
* He is the 70th martyred detainee whose body is being withheld, 59 of them since the start of the genocide.
